
Velocity Edition
Maruti Suzuki has introduced the Turbo Velocity Edition for the Fronx crossover SUV. This special edition is available in Delta+, Zeta, and Alpha variants.
The Velocity Edition includes a grey and black exterior styling kit, door visors, ORVM cover, headlamp garnish, body side moulding, illuminated door sill guard, red dash designer mat, and seat covers with carbon finish.
The Fronx has crossed the 1 lakh sales mark within 10 months of its launch, achieving significant success, particularly with the 1.2-litre CNG compatible engine.
Accessory Package
The package comprises 16 accessories, including a spoiler extender, wheel arch garnish, front grille garnish, and an interior styling kit with a carbon finish. The accessory package is priced at Rs. 43,000, currently offered at a discounted rate of Rs. 30,000.
Engine and Powertrain
- Engine Options: The Fronx is equipped with two engine options: a 1.2-litre NA petrol and a 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine. The turbo-petrol engine produces 99bhp/148Nm.
- Transmission Options: Available with either a five-speed manual or a six-speed torque converter automatic.
- CNG Option: The 1.2-litre engine also offers a company-fitted CNG kit option in select variants.
Pricing
- Price Range: After the recent revision, the Fronx is priced from Rs. 7.51 lakh to Rs. 13.04 lakh (ex-showroom).
