Tata’s focus is currently on EV. The company wants to make 20% of its cars electric by 2027 and aims to increase this figure to 30% by 2030. Tata has clearly said that it will adopt the technology according to the customer’s need and the direction of the market.
But if the demand for hybrids increases and there is a concession from the government, then Tata can bring some of its existing models like Nexon, Harrier and Curvv in hybrid versions.
