Tata Motors has ended the introductory pricing for the Nexon SUV, resulting in a price increase of up to Rs. 20,000. The new starting price for the Nexon in India is Rs. 8.15 lakh (ex-showroom). The entry-level Smart petrol five-speed MT variant sees a hike of Rs. 5,000. Other variants are now costlier by Rs. 10,000, with dual-tone variants witnessing the highest increase of Rs. 20,000.

The Nexon SUV is available in 11 variants, offering customers a range of options.There are six exterior paint schemes to choose from, catering to diverse aesthetic preferences.

Powertrain and Performance

  • Engine Options: The Nexon facelift continues with the same engine options as the previous model. This includes:
    • A 1.2-litre turbo-petrol engine producing 118bhp and 170Nm.
    • A 1.5-litre diesel engine delivering 113bhp and 260Nm.
  • Transmission Varieties: The SUV comes with multiple transmission choices:
    • A five-speed manual.
    • A six-speed manual.
    • A six-speed AMT.
    • A new seven-speed DCT gearbox.
